Oh my God what am I gonna do , I am not able to control the situation" and slowly without my knowing I am all stressed up. Result I get health problems and endless going to the doctor. Then pop all the medicines ,refraining myself from eating certain type of food and do I feel better "NO".
Lot of advice from people who have gone through this situation also helps, but the best one was from one of my friend who is quite old was to reduce tension, eat everything .
So I started self analysing myself " what's going wrong' , am I overreacting to small things and what is the best way to handle a situation without getting stressed. Then the idea of "two choice" came to me.
"What is two choice". Well when I am in a difficult situation I put in front of me two questions one is negative and one positive and ask myself to choose. Negative one is in which what and all will happen to me if I do not quit endlessly thinking and worrying and Positive one is where I quit thinking and come up with better alternative or where there is no alternative leave it and not think about it at all.
It has helped me a lot ."Positive thinking is only the best way of keeping one in a good frame of mind and body"'
Sweet potato, orange, tofu, almonds are good stress busters.
